What data we collect
We only collect the data you send us through the contact form:
- name;
- phone number;
- email address (optional);
- town or city and type of work (optional);
- the information you write in your message.
Please do not include sensitive data in your message that is not needed for a quote.
Why we use your data and on what legal basis
- to reply to you and prepare a quote at your request — steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR);
- to keep a record of our communication with clients — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as needed to respond to your request. If we go on to work together, your data becomes part of the contract documents and is kept for the period required by law. If we do not work together, we delete your request within 6 months.
Who else has access to your data
To run the website we use providers that may process technical data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms — delivers the message from the form to our email address;
- the website hosting provider — Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.);
- the email provider — Google Workspace (Google).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors. Your light or dark theme choice is stored only in your browser.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right:
- to find out what data we hold about you and to receive a copy;
- to have your data corrected or erased;
- to restrict or object to the processing;
- to data portability;
- to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
